Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the local aspect of clinical trials in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of assigned clinical trials, providing local project team oversight and coordination of trial activities.

The role involves leading country protocol and site feasibility assessments, contributing to country-level study management documents, and monitoring trial progress. It also requires implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary and communicating issues to the study management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GCP and local regulatory requirements, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead initiative/small teams.

In addition, the candidate should have experience with project management for complex studies involving first-in-human and healthy volunteer cohorts, as well as therapeutic knowledge in Hematology and Oncology.

The selected individual will play a crucial role in our high-performing Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team and will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
