Avagoodweekend Greenscapes is a growing landscape maintenance company with an expanding portfolio of work across Brisbane Queensland.

Due to significant growth, **we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our administration team working from our depot**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to multitask, have high attention to detail, problem solving skills and be proactive. Training will be provided on our systems such as ServiceM8 and our administration processes. This role consists of the following responsibilities.
- Responsible for accounts receivable including invoicing, overdue invoices and processing customer payment on bank feeds on MYOB.
- Processing creditors invoices into MYOB and checking statements to ensure all invoices have been entered prior to payment
- Support Operations Manager with operational matters.

This is a casual role with working hours between 9am-1pm

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Have at least 2-years experience in operations/administration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
- Be able to work under continuous pressure
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Proactive approach with the desire to learn and assist where necessary

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Technical proficiency in MYOB and ServiceM8 or willing to become proficient on these platforms

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
