Due to growth, an opportunity has presented itself for an experienced
**People & Culture Manager** to join a market leading business in this newly created role.

**The Company**:
A blend of local ownership with the support of National processes and systems, you will be joining a company on a growth trajectory.

**The Role**:
The
**People & Culture Manager** will be responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, reward and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety programs. You will take ownership of all P&C matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary investigations and L&D programs for all employees.

**To Be Successful**:
You will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Bachelor's degree (or extensive experience) in human resources
- Knowledge of relevant IR and Health and Safety laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ethical mindset
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and investigative skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and P&C Software
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
