**About Us**:At Costaline, we pride ourselves on being a leading trade-only supplier in the hair and beauty sector, catering to the needs of hairdressers, barbers, and beauty therapists both locally and nationally. With our cash and carry store front and adjoining warehouse, we're committed to delivering top-quality products and service to our customers.
- Experience in a similar business model involving stock handling, picking, and replenishing.
- Proficiency in working with Inventory/ERP software for a minimum of 6 months.
- Experience in the hair and beauty industry is an advantage.

- A mature and personable personality that resonates well with customers and team members.
- The ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Excellent listening skills, coupled with the knack for asking the right questions to comprehend the needs of our customers and business.

**Duties**:As a Customer Service & Store Person All-Rounder, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers throughout the store.
- Using our POS software, which entails Eftpos transactions and cash handling.
- Picking orders and sourcing stock from the warehouse.
- Organising and maintaining cleanness of product displays in our showroom.
- Contributing to general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and inviting store environment.
- Answering phone and taking phone orders

**Position Details**:

- **Position Type**: Casual
- **Working Days**: 1-3 days per week
- **Shift Hours**: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (full day shifts)
- **Starting Hourly Rate**: $26
