**Your new role**

You will also be responsible for the following:

- Customise SailPoint solutions to meet specific organisational needs, configure policies, workflows, and rules for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control.
- Investigate and solving complex technical issues related to the IAM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution and minimise system downtime.
- Ensure that IAM solutions are compliant with relevant security standards, regulations, and policies. Continuously monitor and assess security threats and risks to make necessary adjustments to the IAM system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of IAM-related technologies, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
