**Job Summary**

Our client is a large and complex organization. Their Information Technology Services team is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors.

This role will support the day-to-day operation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals. Responsibilities include user maintenance, issue investigation and resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders and partners.

Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Technology Services, you will be part of a small, dynamic team working across the SuccessFactors solution.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support for SuccessFactors modules, including **Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals.**:

- Demonstrate expertise in managing user requests through the Service Desk, including effective triaging, while ensuring the maintainability of the core product.
- Take responsibility for issue resolution, actively participating in testing any changes initiated by our Vendor
- Offer support for seamless integration with various solutions, including Payroll and
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure effective communication and
- Provide support to the existing project team throughout the implementation process, facilitating a smooth operational handover back to our team.
- Certification in SuccessFactors (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred) Desirable

**Skills**
- **SuccessFactors** solution and business process knowledge or multiple HR solutions
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge with SAP and best practices
- Understanding database design, system configuration etc
- Certification in SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred.
- Other Professional SuccessFactors module experience and/or certifications will also be considered (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS etc.)
- Business analysis experience required
- Product management, Release management, Change management and Support management experience desirable.
