Our functional consultants engage our customers with their technical and functional expertise via training, assessments, process improvement in plant maintenance workflow (including both routine and shut down/turnaround maintenance), safe working, and use of mobile technology. For those starting as associates, you would be here to learn from the best, take your networking to a whole new level and hone your skills as you help businesses seamlessly navigate their Prometheus experience.

Our consultants go where the clients need us, from cities to regional towns and all the way to New Zealand This role is ideal for someone that loves to see new places and meet new people, someone who thrives in travel-rich environments.

So, what do our Functional consultants do?
- Work with our clients onsite to assess, develop, implement, and streamline how their processes align with our system configurations
- Creating custom documentation outlining details of site visits and recommendations
- Engaging our clients from end user training for Prometheus Group products to delivering presentations on best practices and customer engagements
- Assisting the sales team through solution demonstrations, networking, and relationship management within the Asia Pacific region.

We are on the search for people with these skills and experience

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years' experience working in an industrial maintenance environment or consulting equivalent with exposure to:
Functional understanding of maintenance work and plant safety - and why it is vital
Functional understanding of plant maintenance workflow, including both routine and shut down/turnaround maintenance
Experience in defining / reviewing maintenance business process and delivering trainin.
Functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems with an understanding of the modules which could include Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, HR, and Projects.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in teams
Ability to travel 50-80% of your work week
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (comfortable speaking in front of large crowds)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
