This generalist role requires someone with a strong foundation in HR practices and the ability to work proactively across a broad range of responsibilities, from onboarding and compliance to employee engagement.Why join us?
Part Time (20 hours per week), Fixed Term Contract (12 months) based in our Toowoomba officeGenerous annual salary (pro-rata) + superA rewarding career where you can make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their familiesKey ResponsibilitiesChampion Dovida's culture and values by promoting the brand and fostering trust, leadership, and heart in every interactionManage employment documentation and compliance, ensuring accurate record-keeping, adherence to legislative and internal requirements, and oversight of audits and wage reviewsOversee the employment lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, professional development, and engagement strategies to support and retain employeesLead Caregiver and Key Player engagement initiatives by planning and executing quarterly meetings and sourcing relevant speakers or training sessions to enhance team connection and knowledgeManage WHS and return-to-work processes, maintaining compliance through committee coordination, incident follow-up, Workcover management, and support for injured employeesAbout youDiploma in Human Resources or equivalent experienceExperience working in a HR Generalist roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skillsAlways provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholdersStrong and accurate computer and data entry skillsAustralian work rightsApplicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.How do I apply?
