An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and progressive senior nurse to join our innovative Paediatric Services team.
Through strong engagement, service development and design focus the Paediatric Services Development Lead position is a role for a professional facilitator who will provide leadership, project management, clinical support and oversight within a team environment for operational planning in Paediatric Services in the Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital.

**To be Successful in this Role, you will have**:
- Paediatric specific management and operational business experience, minimum 5+ years
- Leadership experience
- Significant experience, knowledge and strong established relationships across paediatric ambulatory, in-patient, medical, and emergency
- Experience in paediatric service planning
- Experience in relation to paediatric safety and quality at Western Health and risks and issues identification and management
