Your Role Will Include:

- Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans
- Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift
- Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes

Who We're Looking For:

- A minimum of **8 months of experience** in disability or community support
- Clear communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach
- Someone flexible, **reliable**, and available across both weekdays and weekends
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Mandatory Requirements:

- Current Australian Working Rights
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training
- First Aid & CPR certification

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

- This role involves supporting participants with communication challenges (e.g. hearing, memory, or language processing difficulties). Are you confident your spoken English is clear and easy to understand in these situations?
- Do you have a valid National Police Check (dated within the past 12 months)?
- Do you have a current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance?
- Have you completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ('Quality, Safety and You')?
- Do you hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate?
- Do you have a valid Working With Children Check (Employee Type)?
