**The opportunity**

We have multiple opportunities at the L3 and 1 x L4 Commercial Specialist or Manager to lead or support the following tasks:

- Advising and supporting approaches to market;
- Conducting gap analyses on contracted and current services or products being delivered;
- Establishing a pricing model; CoA stakeholder engagement; conducting market research;
- Developing tender artefacts;
- Assisting with tender evaluations.
- Upskilling and mentoring other team members.
- Other tasks as may be required.

**About you**
- Current/recent experience in a Defence procurement /commercial/contracts management role with an understanding of Defence procurement processes, procedures and overall framework;
- Experience in development of complex Defence RFT, RFI, RFQ documentation/contracts;
- Experience in providing procurement/commercial/contract advice, assistance, to facilitate risk management, ethics, and project probity requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ability to hold and maintain a Commonwealth of Australia Security Clearance (note only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain such a clearance).
