- Are you interested in the planning and execution of vegetable plant breeding and commercial variety field trials? Are you a team player who enjoys working in the outdoors?**How does a typical working day look?**:
Based at our Bacchus Marsh site, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of vegetable breeding and commercial variety field trials. Working together with our local and international specialised staff, you will assist us in developing new vegetable varieties. Your time management skills and ability to follow standard protocols and procedures will ensure uniformly grown trials.**Who are we looking for?**:
You are highly organised and have practical and hands on experience, with an eye for detail. You are an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication skills and able to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Additionally, we can find the following on you CV:
- Experience in operating modern agricultural machinery
- Experience in conducting experimental field trials and assisting with in-field data collection is desirable
- Heavy vehicle drivers license and Agriculture Chemical Users Permit, or willingness to obtain
