**The Opportunity**
Here at Gallagher Security, we're on the hunt for a strategic and relationship-driven sales leader to spearhead our growth in the SMB and Perimeter markets across Australia. This is a pivotal role driving new business, shaping channel partnerships, and influencing product development in one of the most innovative teams in the global security sector.
What you'll lead and deliver:
- National strategy and execution for SMB & Perimeter growth
- Long-term, high-value relationships with channel partners, vendors, end-users, and industry influencers
- Internal knowledge sharing and in-market support to build sales capability
- Partner workshops, training sessions, and pre-sales support to drive success
**The Fit**
You're a natural builder - of businesses, of partnerships, and of trust. With a commercial mindset and strong technical acumen, you're experienced in access control and perimeter security and thrive in B2B sales environments. You're just as comfortable leading strategic plans as you are rolling up your sleeves to support a tender.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B business development (security, IT, or export-focused preferred)
- Proven experience in Commercial Security or Access Control
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A passion for innovation, communication, and delivering on results
- Ability to travel nationally to support sales and partners
