**About This Opportunity**

This role offers a unique chance to drive growth and expansion in the SMB and Perimeter markets across Australia. As a strategic sales leader, you'll be responsible for developing national strategies, building long-term relationships with partners and vendors, and influencing product development. Your expertise will shape the future of our business and help us stay ahead of the competition.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs. Your strong technical acumen, combined with your commercial mindset, will enable you to drive results and exceed targets.

**What You'll Deliver**

- Develop and execute national strategies for SMB and Perimeter growth
- Foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to build sales capability and support customer success
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 5+ years' experience in B2B business development (security, IT, or export-focused preferred)
- Proven track record in Commercial Security or Access Control
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Passion for innovation, communication, and delivering results
- Ability to travel nationally to support sales and partners
