This trusted business works with blue chip clients (including mining, construction, energy and water infrastructure) providing consulting, engineering and maintenance services for industrial assets and capital projects. About the Role
Working as part of the accounts administration team, this position will be responsible for:
Accounts Receivable duties (including new accounts, reviewing and verifying invoices, handling client billing, preparing monthly invoice summaries, overseeing collections and follow-up).
Accounts Payable duties (such as invoice reconciliations, coding/entering supplier invoices and receipting of purchase orders).
Reviewing and verifying timesheet data for accuracy.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Skills and Experience
This role offers variety and challenge within a supportive team environment and will suit a highly organised an experienced Administrator with the following skills and experience:
Previous accounts receivable processing experience, together with all-round administration skills (accounts payable experience desirable but not essential).
Fast and accurate data entry skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook) with proven experience using finance systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly advantageous but not essential) and confidence learning new technology.
Well-developed communication skills with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders at various levels.
Team player approach with well-developed time management skills with a proven ability to manage your workload effectively to meet competing deadlines.
Own transport and drivers licence (located in Ipswich area but will require own transport).
Availability to commence on 15/09/2025 preferred.
