Base pay rangeA$38.00/hr - A$42.00/hr
About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client on a 6-8 week temporary assignment. You'll be part of a busy but supportive finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes during a critical period.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing bills to ensure charges align with contracts
- Making amendments, adjustments and re-issuing invoices as needed
- Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Performing data entry and reconciliations
- Using Excel (including V-lookups) for reporting and analysis
- Hourly Rate: A$38.00 - A$42.00 per hour + super
- Location: City fringe, close to public transport and amenities
- Flexibility: Start your day anytime between 7.00am and 9.00am
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or billing
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to manage queries and resolve issues promptly
- A proactive, flexible approach to getting things done in a fast-paced environment
