**The opportunity**

Based at our Deer Park Plant in Victoria, Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. As well as:

- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address equipment issues before they occur
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimise production disruptions
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and support production schedules
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory management
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all maintenance activities
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to source spare parts, tools, and equipment as needed

**About You**
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling software (e.g. MEX).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A certificate III in electrotechnology electrician is advantageous
