Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.The Position:Full time position, Monday to Friday, minimum weekends and nightsHands on role for a very organised Head Chef, collaborating with your team to deliver a premium experience across daily mess meals and eventsMaintain all catering and stock controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.Forecasting food requirements, ordering and stock controlDrive exceptional food safety and quality with a focus on allergen and dietary requirementsHigh level knowledge and experience of operational and financial performances of the defence businessThe Person:Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery3+ years displayed experience as a head chef in similar venues.Comfortable with people management, training and developing.High level knowledge in HACCP, allergen management and food safety.Proven team leader with high level organisational skills who can work autonomously, with initiative and under pressure.Benefits:Competitive remunerationPersonal and site reward & recognition program – cash prizesAccess to a wide variety of training and support with a team that encourages and supports while you learn the ropes.Looking to grow and develop your role?
