Responsibilities
We're looking for a bright, organised Administration Assistant to keep our operations humming.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll:
Manage job scheduling and update SimPRO jobs;
Prepare invoices and send quotes to customers;
Coordinate supplies and assist with stock control;
Provide front-line customer service (phone/email);
Bring creative ideas to our social media or marketing.
Qualifications
You're a people-person with previous admin experience, outstanding communication skills and a knack for keeping things organised.
You'll need:
Experience in administration or office support and solid computer skills;
Excellent customer service and time-management abilities;
The right to work in Australia and a valid driver's licence;
Bonus points
Bonus points for experience with SimPRO, Xero or digital marketing;
