**Job Description**:
As a Campaign Coordinator your primary duties will be to support the Ad Operations team with the implementation, management and optimisation of digital campaigns and products. This team sits within the Commercial department, where you will work closely with Partnerships and Creative Projects teams to ensure that campaigns are executed and delivered successfully.

In this role, you will be assisting across all stages of the campaign implementation cycle - from pre-sale forecasting through to post-campaign reporting across all of Pedestrian group's titles - Pedestrian.tv, VICE, Refinery29, Gizmodo, Lifehacker and Kotaku. You'll be working in an incredibly supportive team of 4, where we have each other's backs and wins are celebrated.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creative auditing, set up and reporting of digital display and video campaigns.
- Assist with forecasting available inventory as requested per campaign.
- Daily/weekly updating of campaign delivery trackers and forecasting documents.
- Escalate delivery concerns to a Campaign Manager and work together on solutions with internal teams.
- Assist with setting up paid content amplification.
- Assist with set up and tracking of paid edm sponsorships and inclusions.
- Be involved with the campaign handover process, to ensure successful campaign set up and delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting tasks to support internal teams.
- Support on client communications where required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience running paid social/native campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Outbrain) or display campaign trafficking (Google Ad Manager), is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel/Google sheets, comfortable using simple formulas and filters to efficiently analyse data. Competent use of Google Docs & Slides.
- Unparalleled attention to detail.
- Entry level understanding of fundamentals of advertising processes and technology.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and think critically.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same.
- Solutions focused.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable (eg. Marketing, Advertising, Business, Commerce).
- Experience across digital publishing or social media buying is preferred, but not
essential.
