**Campaign Coordinator**

**Location**: North Ryde, Artarmon

We are currently recruiting a Campaign Coordinator to support Senior Campaign Managers and the wider Campaign team by managing promo materials and ensuring they are distributed to the required destinations. You'll be an expert multitasker, show initiative and looking to grow your career within the Entertainment and Streaming industry

The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining campaign touchpoints including outstanding material database, evergreen catalogue, amendment tracker and commissioning lists as required.

Please note this position will be for a 10 month fixed term.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Campaign Reporting, including Weekly Progress reporting, TARP reporting, Contra/Sponsorship reporting and End of Campaign reporting for all booked campaigns
- Commissioning of monthly On-Platform priorities for Foxtel Networks Australia, Fox Sports and external channels
- Running daily missing materials checks & ensuring all required material is available for Foxtel Networks Australia and Fox Sports playout
- Daily checking of promo placement across multiple broadcast logs
- Handling specific campaign placements, including curating promos within high profile program premieres
- Delivery of campaigns to external channels via Adstream, including daily inventory checks
- Preparation and distribution of weekly promo material lists for external channels
- Co-ordination and monitoring of promo placements
- Schedule campaigns to play out across Foxtel Now and Foxtel Go

**Your experience and capability**
- Entry level or intern experience within broadcast, Entertainment or Media, or a passion for the industry (highly desirable)
- Strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in IBMS or Landmark systems highly desirable
