Be the first friendly face our guests see, setting the stage for an unforgettable visit with warmth and great vibes.
Bring a positive and upbeat energy to every check-in, phone call, and email.
Handle check-ins and check-outs, emails and phone calls with confidence and efficiency.
Stay informed about the venue's happenings, from bistro specials to upcoming events, so you are ready with helpful recommendations.
Anticipate guest needs, offer directions and local tips, and provide a friendly, VIP-style experience.
About You
You know that a great guest experience is all about the details.
You're a natural with people and have a passion for making their day.
You're a master of organisation and comfortable with computer use.
You've got your RSA certificate ready to go.
