**About the Role - Assistant Manager**
- Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join one of their stores.
- In this role, you will manage a busy workshop whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members.
- You will lead a well-equipped and organised workshop and work closely alongside your Store Manager, sales staff and service advisor to deliver an industry leading level of customer service.

**Your day-to-day tasks would include**:

- Store and staff management
- Customer service
- Providing expert advice to customers
- Communicating with your team, providing accurate advice and instructions
- Relationship building with staff, customers, suppliers and more
- Consulting the store manager in optimising business operations and performance

**About you - Requirements**:

- 2 or more years in retail or workshop management
- 1 or more years in Car Sales
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
- Natural possession of leadership skills
- Have an understanding of targets and KPI's
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Preferably experienced and knowledgeable in automotive and related industries

- Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
