A newly created opportunity, driven by growth and an exciting strategic horizon, the Ways of Working Lead will play a pivotal role in leading cultural transformation within the organisation. Reporting to an innovative and inspiring OD Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that will support employees in adapting to new ways of working, including designing and implementing a range of programs, workshops, and communication strategies to ensure that employees are fully equipped to embrace change and thrive in a new, more dynamic work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a creative thinker with a passion for driving change. Armed with tools and methodologies that may include agile, human centred design or similar, you will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformational initiatives. In addition to being naturally curious and experimental, you will bring experience in:

- Psychology, talent, culture, leadership development, OD and/or performance improvement
- Leading the development and implementation of a significant cultural transformation program
- Driving a culture of innovation and agility
- Experience developed in either contemporary corporates or consulting environments
- Formal change and strategic project management skills with knowledge of contemporary methodologies, tools and techniques
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and provide strategic solutions to complex business problems
- A strong drive for results and the ability to build effective teams to achieve common goals
- Developing and implementing metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement
