Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Project Support Officer** who can support the project management of identified systems issues through to resolution.

**About the role**:

- Maintenance of issue and risk logs
- Project support to the Project Lead
- High level data analysis, including QA of data
- Development and management of filing and record keeping strategies
- Assistance with process mapping
- Stakeholder engagement and liaison with other teams in the Department, and with Services Australia

**Ideally, you will have**:

- The ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with excel pivot tables is desirable
- Call centre experience is desirable
