
Sales Operations Manager

Some of the core responsibilities include:
**End to end management of Sales Reporting**
- Ensure data quality in CRM systems are actioned by sales (Salesforce)
- Build Sales pipeline dashboards and reports for sales heads, leadership and Worldline group
- Create reporting to track referral activities across ANZ and ANZ Worldline
- Customer portfolio information: establish a sales dashboard reducing the requirement for P&P reports
- Build sales performance reports and portfolio dashboards.
**ARROW Compliance and process management-**
- Own and manage the end to end ARROW process for Australia.
**Day 2 operational input-**
- Project and stakeholder management of CMO activities associated with Day 2 set up.
**Other Sales operation processes-**
- Coordinate Key Account Planning with Account Managers and prepare report JV management and Group
- Coordinate Customer Satisfaction process with Account Managers and prepare report AE management and Group.
**Team management**
- Lead a team of three sales operational experts reflective of CMO - Sales Support deliverables (supporting sales teams, doing sales).
**Requisite Skills-**
- Experienced in building performance reports in Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of Windows office (exceptional in excel, formulars and PowerPoint)
- Capability to build reporting from different sources & extractions
- Knowledge of effective management of CRMs especially Salesforce aiding to support business and KPI tracking
- Team leadership.
