We seek an experienced HR professional to join our team and assist us as we embark on a once-in-a-lifetime renewal program and establish a new museum in Parramatta, located in the heart of Western Sydney. Your role will involve implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with our ambitious renewal program. You will collaborate closely with our teams to create an exceptional employee experience.

In the role, you will be manage the development and delivery of operational HR services and initiatives aligned to public sector policy, legislation and innovative, best practice approaches, including workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and policy interpretation.

**About Powerhouse**

**NOTE**:You may be required to support teams across all Powerhouse sites, including Parramatta, Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory and Ultimo
