**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Head of Strategy & Innovation, you will spearhead global expansion efforts, especially in the vibrant iGaming market. Reporting to the Co-Founder, you'll shape and execute growth initiatives, making this role perfect for a dynamic leader experienced in management consulting and hungry for success in fast-growth environments.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive key business initiatives and strategic priorities, focusing on expanding presence in North America and global markets;
- Maintain and enhance revenue forecast model for agility in different regions;
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, fostering innovation tailored to diverse markets;
- Drive AI technology strategy, collaborating with clients to understand market opportunity;
- Prioritise categories for AI tech development and explore innovative business models for commercialisation;
- Align tech strategy with capital investment plan to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage partnerships and monitor investments to drive ROI and strategic alignment.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred;
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and innovation within the technology or iGaming industry;
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments with a global perspective;
- Demonstrated track record of successful capital raises and venture investments;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to thrive in cross-functional, fast-growth environments.
