**Position Title**: Club Manager

**Reports to**: Chairman of the Management Committee (MC)

**Liaises with**:Club Members, Suppliers, Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager, Other Employees and other relevant individuals or groups.

**Qualities**:

- Well organised, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic,
- Trustworthy and professional (honest, well spoken, courteous)
- Understanding of business principles and the need to run a professional and profitable business

**Skills**:

- Professional customer service,
- Strong written and oral communication and high interpersonal relations,
- Ability to manage and develop staff to a professional and efficient level,
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills,
- Understanding of financial principles and computer proficiency,
- IT proficiency

**Knowledge of**:

- Liquor Act and Gaming Machine Act,
- Associations Incorporations Act, Workplace Health and Safety Act, and other relevant acts,
- Rules Ancillary to Gaming and Gambling Help Services
- Beverage and Cellar Operations
- Point of sale systems and computer-based stock control systems

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- Gaming Nominee Training,
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (LLD),
- Responsible Conduct of Gambling Certificate.

Desirable:

- First Aid Qualification,
- Blue Card,
- RMLV and Approved Managers License.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $73,273.00 per year

Expected hours: 34 per week

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
- RSG (required)
- Gaming Nominee Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
