We are excited to welcome an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Club Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead of a dynamic and independent team, where you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

As Club Manager, you will oversee both strategic and operational functions, ensuring the seamless daily management of the work space while actively contributing to its growth. This role involves driving business development through networking and close collaboration with our sales, marketing and food & beverage operations teams to strengthen our community and elevate the brand's presence.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented leader who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to make informed decisions that align with our values and benefit our members, clients and stakeholders.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to empower a capable and self-sufficient team. You are someone who takes initiative, is dependable and consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Selection & Criteria

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in a similar leadership or management role
  • A background in hospitality, food & beverage, events, property or venue management (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised, hospitality-driven service and foster meaningful engagement in an exclusive, premium workspace environment (highly regarded).
  • International training or overseas experience will be considered an advantage
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L, budgets and cost control
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor and lead by example
  • A critical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • An innovative mindset, always bringing fresh ideas to improve service and operations
  • A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of energy, professionalism and enthusiasm
