**Administration Support - Groups and Charters**

**AAT Kings has a fantastic position within the Groups and Charters division where we create bespoke trips to meet the leisure and logístical requirements for groups looking for a once in a lifetime experience.**

**The Role**

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the administration of the Groups and Charter Department. Administrative duties will include the preparation of on-tour documents for our Groups and Charters bookings and administration support to the bookings team.

The ability to communicate across a range of stakeholder including suppliers, internal staff and Travel Providers will be crucial to this role to ensure efficient systems are maintained within Groups and Charters.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Administration of all pre-trip documentation for Domestic & International Groups
- Work in a timely manner to ensure all enquiries from coach division, suppliers, reservations, and agents are actioned
- Support the Groups and Charter team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
- Liaise with Accounting team to meet any team financial requirements
- Gain the knowledge of Groups and Charters tours and transfers and value add and make suggestion for improvements
- Performing accurate data entry duties into multiple systems
- Have fun and be engaged with the business
