The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this newly created role will lead PRC's commercial operations.
As Head of Commercial, you'll take ownership of contract management, property and lease negotiations, financial modelling for new investments and risk management, while overseeing the Practice Administration and Accreditation (non-doctor) team.
This is a senior leadership position with visibility at Board level and significant influence on PRC's future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of frameworks for contracts, risk, and compliance across PRC.
Manage hospital and customer contracts, including negotiation, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring.
Oversee PRC's property portfolio, including lease negotiations, renewals, and budgeting.
Deliver commercial financial models and robust business cases for new clinics, equipment investments, and tenders.
Monitor clinic performance metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Provide leadership to the Practice Administration and Accreditation (non-doctor) team.
Collaborate with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders on strategic projects and business development initiatives.
What You Bring
We are seeking a commercially astute leader with:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting, with postgraduate qualifications (MBA, CPA, or CA).
Strong expertise in financial modelling, business case development, and commercial analysis.
Proven experience in property leasing and contract negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with senior stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
Experience in healthcare or other complex, multidisciplinary environments (desirable).
