We are expanding our team in Brisbane, and we are looking for individuals who enjoy learning and are enthusiastic about mastering new technology. Your ability to quickly pick up new systems will be important in this role. Key to success in this role is building strong relationships with our repairer network and support our customers when they need it most.

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Ann Street, Fortitude Valley
- **Roster**: Monday to Friday - Office Based
- **Focus**: Desktop assessments across various states

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completing vehicle damage assessments
- Overseeing the quality of the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with legislation
- Detecting and reducing fraud
- Achieving fast turnaround times and controlling costs
- Representing our business and providing excellent service

**About You**:

- Trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or as a Light Vehicle Mechanic is a must
- Alternatively, a Diploma in Loss Adjusting or Assessing or a Cert IV in Loss Adjusting or Assessing
- Estimating or previous Assessing experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and passion for lifestyle products (e.g., caravans, jet-skis, boats) is a bonus
- Embraces and promotes change in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and enjoy learning new systems
