Due to parental leave an opportunity has arisen within RAA's Finance department for the role of Finance Business Partner As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing specialist financial advice and commercial analysis to the Corporate Services functional cost centres.

The role focuses on:

- Providing insight and analysis to enable informed decision making
- Preparation of planning, reporting and analysis
- Driving continuous improvement of all processes, procedures, reporting and analysis;
- Close collaboration with key business partners

**About you***

You are flexible, driven, and passionate and you can operate in and contribute to a fast paced and dynamic environment, you bring excellent multi-tasking skills and a focus on delivering outcomes together with:

- Completed, Bachelor Accounting, Commerce Degree (or equivalent) required with CA/CPA status
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar finance role
- Previous experience working in a complex systems environment
- Advanced analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, managing deadlines and expectations
- Advanced MS Excel spread sheet skills (modelling and reporting)
- Focused on process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work cross functionally
