**What you'll do
- Support the Business Development team in executing the Primary Connect growth strategy
- Maintain and grow strong, effective and collaborative strategic relationships with allocated Temperature Control customers
- Work collaboratively with customers to set and deliver the agreed joint business plan and strategic priorities
- Set monthly business performance review and quarterly strategic meetings with customers Support delivery of the temperature controlled category financial targets

**What you'll bring
- Proven experience in logistics or as an account manager within the transport or manufacturing industry
- Experience in managing customer/supplier external relationships
- The ability to build strategic, sustainable, trusting relationships
- Be able to problem solve, demonstrating drive and urgency
- Commercial and analytical acumen Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
