Your part in St Stephen's Hospital team As the Clinical Nurse Manager , you will be responsible for the overall management of the mixed Medical & Surgical Ward, including staffing and clinical service delivery.You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment.Essential: Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration Recent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical Nursing Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to quality improvementDesirable: Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice Qualifications people management and/or leadership# NFP Salary Packaging: Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
