General Practitioner - Burnett Heads, Queensland.

Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

This leading medical practice in Burnett Heads is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to their community. The clinic is fully accredited with AGPAL, ensuring they meet the highest standards of clinical governance and patient care.

Position Overview:
They are looking for passionate and skilled General Practitioners to join their team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care to people from all walks of life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations and provide general medical care.

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, injuries, and health conditions.

  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as required.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.

  • Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle advice to patients.

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records.

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

Position Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or working towards it.

  • Eligible for current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Medical Indemnity Insurance.

  • Strong clinical skills and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

After Hours Requirements: No

Salary Information:
$79,000 - $200,000 per annum.
