**Heritage Auto Group** is a well-established new and used car dealership located in Lilydale, specialising in GMSV, SsangYong and quality pre-owned vehicles sales. Their AC Delco Service Centre has been purpose built to support the Holden, HSV and SsangYong maintenance programs.

To continue this success, **Heritage Auto Group** is seeking a professional, articulate and well presented **Receptionist **to oversee and maintain the Showroom whilst providing customers with an exceptional overall experience.

Your "can do" attitude, courteous and professional approach and ability to multitask will prove imperative to your overall success.

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure the Showroom and Customer Waiting area is clean, tidy and well presented at all times
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and stocked with amenities at all times
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Offer refreshments, warm beverages to customers upon arrival
- Ensure customers are seen to promptly without lengthy delays
- Maintain stationary and office supplies
- Assist with daily banking and adhoc errands as required
- Organise catering and events
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required

**What you bring**:

- Intermediate Computer Skills including MS Office, Teams, Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and follow establishes processes
- A vibrant and dynamic approach
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer enquiries at any one time
