In 2021 we launched LiSTNR, a curated and personalised Audio-On-Demand destination. It is home to the Hit & Triple M networks, 25 music stations and over 500 podcasts. LiSTNR is Australia's #1 podcast network reaching more than 6.2 million monthly listeners.

LiSTNR produces some of Australia's most popular podcasts such as Hamish & Andy, The Howie Games and It's a Lot with Abbie Chatfield as well as the original docu-series podcast, The Children in the Pictures.

LiSTNR is pioneering podcasts and audience growth and we're on the hunt for a Producer to join our Kids' Entertainment and Parenting Vertical and work on an amazing upcoming slate of expert driven parenting podcasts and ground-breaking kids' audio content.

**What you'll be doing**:
Alongside the Senior Executive Producer and Executive Producer, develop and deliver:

- Podcast content strategies, topical ideas and execution
- Planning systems and procedures for each podcast
- Episode planning; including arranging guests, pre-interviewing guests and creating briefing notes
- Booking and managing studio and podcaster recording sessions, and editing podcast episodes as required

**Experience we're looking for**:

- Min 3 years producing compelling and innovative Podcasts for a commercial platform
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytelling
- Experience collaborating with, and managing podcast talent to achieve goals of the business
- An understanding of legal compliance issues relating to audio broadcasts, including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
- Contributes to creating a team environment which fosters innovation and creativity
