Serve as the escalation point for complex eApproval system issues, including second-level support, system configuration, and coordinating with vendors and eHealth NSW for resolution.
Design and optimise approval workflows, templates, and user access while gathering business requirements and liaising with stakeholders.
Ensure business continuity through release coordination, system updates, and advising vendors on rollback procedures when needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, business processes, and training materials.
Manage ITSM operations, including incidents, service requests, and change management.
Monitor system performance and usage to identify trends, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimisation.
Deliver user training and support adoption of new features and workflows across the organisation.
