
Administration/Office Assistant

We are a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in our industry, and we are currently seeking a part-time/casual office assistant to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including updating safety records and documents, general office duties, liaising with our field team and suppliers, and logging work requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize accounting software such as XERO to manage payroll and other financial tasks.
- Liaise with our field team and suppliers to ensure that all work requests are logged and addressed promptly.
- Update safety records and documents to ensure that our business remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience with XERO or similar accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
