Responsibilities
Plan and execute a social media strategy focused on audience growth and engagement.
Create, design, and schedule posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Edit short-form video content that highlights menu items, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer experiences.
Ensure content maintains brand consistency while appealing to food-focused audiences.
Monitor community interaction, respond to comments/messages, and foster customer engagement.
Track analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize visibility.
Research social media trends in the restaurant and food industry to keep content relevant.
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong video editing and graphic design skills for short-form content.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strong storytelling ability with a focus on food, dining experiences, and customer culture.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
