Labourpower Trade are seeking experienced fitters / Machine operators with strong technical mindset for a production based role in Dandenong South.

**Our Client**

A leading Plastic Manufacturer with Various sites across Victoria is looking the right person to join their team.

**Responsibilities**
- Attending to machines/Die Setting
- Mould and colour changes as per the production plan
- Setup and operate Machines
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Assist with breakdowns of machines

**About you**
- Mechanically minded and strong willingness to learn
- Experience/Exposure within plastic blow moulding industry **highly desired**:

- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Own reliable transport and current driver's licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong South, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
