Electrical Fitter Job

As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling products according to design drawings in a safe and timely manner. This involves interpreting electrical schematic wiring diagrams and engineering drawings to ensure the accurate production of our electrical engineering products.

About the Role
  • You will work on-site at our manufacturing facility, working closely with colleagues to meet production targets and customer requirements;
  • Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular quality checks on in-process and finished products;
  • Take ownership of your work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize productivity;
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in electrical fitting;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A-grade licence or equivalent (electrical fitter licence or trades assistant);
  • Proven experience in assembling and testing electrical products;
  • Practical understanding of electrical schematic, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings;
  • Strong technical skills, including problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • A positive can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
