They are passionate about creating innovative well-being products for families. They are currently searching for an experienced and passionate R&D project Development Coordinator to continue to execute the innovation pipeline of safe high-quality products.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Research, Development & Innovation Manager, the R&D Project Coordinator will be responsible for the development and launch of new products to add to the businesses existing natural range. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the R&D Manager and all key stakeholders are kept informed on project status and any significant outcomes or issues.

You will support and drive the development process by project managing, developing and launching new products in line with the company's strategic focus. This will include the development and management of existing and third-party products and manufacturers. You will be a motivated self-starter who is naturally inquisitive and not afraid to carry out new research.

The R&D Project Coordinator will have an aptitude to work effectively within cross-functional teams including Marketing, NPD, Manufacturing, Quality and Customer Service. As a key member of the NPD team, you will perform development tasks to achieve safe, efficient and high-quality products.

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 5 years experience in R&D project management
- Proven end-to-end deliverables in Product Development within retail and pharmaceutical sectors
- An open and inquisitive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
