
Sales Support/Administration

Manage invoicing for customers, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, including processing payments, generating and tracking invoices, and sending out statements.
- Assist with order management, including liaising with suppliers and customers to confirm details, track shipments, and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and order statuses in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records in Xero and other systems, ensuring customer and transaction data is up-to-date.
- Update inventory records and assist with stock control and reordering processes to maintain accurate product availability.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and handling any office-related tasks that support daily operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tiling and related tools industry.
- Experience in a customer focused, retail business or similar environment
- High level of knowledge about tiles and related products to assist customers effectively.
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
