We are seeking an individual to fill a full-time 11-month contract position as a Sales and Administration Support Officer. The role will involve working in a small team and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A blended role that includes both administrative and accounting duties is available, looking for someone who enjoys accounting duties and wants to move towards this type of role or an Accounts Officer/Clerk/AR Officer who is happy to take on some administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a good attitude to learning and a strong desire to work in a broad role that includes both administration and accounting duties.

  • Data entry of sales orders and purchase orders
  • Invoicing clients
  • Liaising with the sales team
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Handling enquiries
