Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring performance and accountabilityBuild strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfactionManage budgets, control costs, and oversee invoicing and financial performanceSupervise, develop, and support field and office staffPlan workloads and ensure KPI targets are metSupport business growth through tenders, quotes, and contract negotiationsProvide technical guidance and oversee major installs and service issuesEnsure compliance and deliver timely reports and continuous improvementMaintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsLead, coach, and support team development and a positive culture What sets you apart We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership expertise in mechanical services and construction industry, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Trade background and an understanding of engineering standards applicable to the roleAn understanding of pricing and estimationThe ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary teamGood written & verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsGood negotiation & influencing skillsCompetent project management skillsFinancial competencyExceptional time managementAbility to work under pressure Culture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success.
