The Logistics Supervisor will ensure compliance and scheduling of critical plant and equipment assets for project works and site-specific compliance. Reporting to the Project Management team the role will require the incumbent to be safety focused and process oriented, to successfully manage the maintenance of the fleet to minimise downtime and meet project schedule requirements, whilst working with the wider Tanami site team.

**Tasks and Job Responsibilities**:

- Proven ability to coordinate a diverse range of plant and equipment, maintenance and servicing activities
- Coordinating with people external to PHE to plan inspections, book vehicle services and maintenance etc.
- Managing the light vehicle fleet, telehandlers, franna's, trucks, scissor lifts and EWP's
- Scheduling planned inspections and maintenance activities in line with project requirements
- Ensuring execution of all tasks associated with the MDG15 and SAF2008 compliance and site-specific requirements
- Assist in the procurement of P&E and mobilisation logistics for project works
- Analysis of service reports to determine planned actions as well as schedule corrective actions
- Coordinating delivery of materials to the Underground work areas
- Coordinating delivery of Plant and Equipment to the underground work areas
- Managing scaffolding, Ventilation, mechanics and site cleaning crews.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Construction induction card
- Current driver's licence - HR or above desirable
- EWP over 11mt (preferred not essential)
- Strong understanding of MDG15, SAF2008 and vehicle compliance
- Experience using NECA Safe system (mysoh)
- Asset management and maintenance planning background will be highly regarded
- Clear communication to collaborate with Project Manager and site teams
