DutiesManage end-to-end procurement activities including market engagement, tender development (RFQs, RFPs, RFTs), contract negotiation, execution and ongoing management.Establish and maintain contractual frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, governance arrangements, and compliance monitoring.Work closely with internal and external finance and budget teams to manage funding allocation, track expenditure, and ensure compliance with aid and non-aid budget requirements.Coordinate procurement activities through AusTender, DS4P, and BuyICT, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth processes.Liaise closely with central procurement areas and enabling teams to ensure alignment and resolve procurement issues.Develop and maintain procurement contract management tracking tools, including financial and agreement trackers, to monitor milestones, financial commitments, and reporting obligations.Oversee SAP contract and purchase order management, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.Provide regular input into procurement and financial briefs, risk assessments, and procurement strategy recommendationsDeliver probity oversight, maintain probity registers, manage conflicts of interest, and escalate matters when required.Prepare contract closure reports, documenting lessons learned, verifying compliance and assessing supplier performance.Promote best practice procurement governance, strategic funding alignment and efficient, transparent contract delivery across portfolio.If you are interested in the role, please submit via the link.
